The best way to debug this is to repeat it.  If you can post your 
JELIB files along with specific steps that you take to cause this 
problem, we can follow-up.

I have using the latest Electric 8.10 binary for past couple of weeks.
For past few days I have been having a problem with copying and
deleting layout nodes. When I copy a layout in a cell or even try to
delete some nodes, Electric hangs forever and shows the busy mouse
pointer. Sometimes it recovers after 5-10 minutes of wait but mostly
it hangs.

The only way I can work after this event is to kill the Electric
process using the system end task. Looks like a bug to me which needs
to be looked into.
