While creating a new technology, we need to fill in the following
resistance and capacitance values.
What are the units of resistance (ohm or ohm/sq same as sheet resistance)
and capacitance (fF/um^2, fF/um, aF/u^2 or aF/um)? The electricmanual-9.05
does not have clear info.
