I'm trying to build the LM741 op-amp in electric to familiarize myself with the software. Currently I've built the schematic and icon, but I'm having issues simulating the device. Does anyone know where I can find the spice models needed to simulate the NPN and PNP transistors? also, Is it possible to create the layouts for the NPN and PNP transistors with this software? I've been searching around for a bipolar transistor tutorial, but I have only been able to find CMOS based tutorials. Below I have posted pictures of the project that I'm working on.
