I am looking at FreePDK45 rulest table and pictures... Yet still far from beginning this job. Do you have some success?
I guess we need to save "MOCMOS" technology as XML file then find PDF description (with pictures) of what is called "MOCMOS" in Electric and compare it with FreePDK45 PDF. After that I hope the XML desctiption of Electric technology "MOCMOS" description may be manually cponvereted to "FreePDK45" step-by-step. Well... you are using PDK from SCL,Mohali, protected by NDA. As long as I do not have this NDA signed I can't officially help you.
