Hi, I have the BSIM3v3 model provided for the vendor for AMI C5 ON SEMI, but a lot of parameters defined in the BSIM manual are not included, such as: Nsub, Xt. What make the simulator (LTSpice) in this case? Does it use the default values from this parameters from the manual or just it ignored this parameters in calculation?
I have incorporated these parameters and changed their values, but I see no changes in the simulation. thank in advance.
