Yes, I think so, it could be improved to perfection. Some
possible ways of improvements:
- The waveforms will be 'polyphonic' (the actual
stimulators are similar to the old cellphone's 'monophonic'
signal...)
- The electrodes will be multipoint contacts
- The devices will use more than 1 or 2 channels with an array
of electrodes, this could simulate some 'movement' of the feeling, not just a
'staying in one place' sensation
- The biofeedback can detect the patient's sensation and
adjust the stimulation, like in a 'real' lovemaking
- The stimulator -via biofeedback- can learn what is the best
feeling to the brain
... And so on. If somebody have some idea or vision about
these improvements, we can discuss it, maybe one or more of them is
implementable by the actual devices, f.ex. an ET-312 and a computer, or some
additional hardware/software.
For example, the multichannel thing is possible, because the
stimulating signal use only the 5-10% of the time, and in the remaining
time a multiplexer could switch to an other channel:

About the 'polyphonic' stimulating signal: The sensation on the genitals is
similar to the brain to the sensation in the ears. If you hear a good sound, the
brain enjoy it, if you hear just a noise, the brain not enjoy so much. If the
music has harmonic tones and enjoyable rhythm, the brain enjoy it, if it's
disharmonic and the rhythm is disturbing, the brain not enjoy the 'music'. If
the music is too monotone, the brain will be bored. If the music is too loud,
the brain will raise the stimulus treshold, so your ear will be 'numbed'
temporarily. So much similarity is between the music for ears and the
stimulating signal for genitals...
If somebody has any ideas, we can discuss it. There are specialists
-neurologists, hardware engineers, software programmers- in this group, maybe we

Erectile dysfunction is not always caused by venous leakage. That's
not to say that leakage doesn't cause it. I believe it is caused mostly
in the brain, where thoughts and fantasies, common in youth but progressively
less common as age advances.
Electrical stimulation is used now quite commonly in domestic animals
like cows and horses in order to produce sperm for artificial
