Here's the instuctions for the distaff side. (Sorry; I'm ancient)
Purchase two Grounding Strap kits from Radio Shack or any other electronics distributor that might have them. Some are better than others. Tell them you want to give them to your husband/boyfriend for his upcoming birthday. Don't answer any questions about him or why you want two. If you have to answer, just say he always loses the first one.
Remove the 1 megohm resistor from the attaching wire of each one (you might have to feel for it, but it'll be near one of the ends). You'll need a soldering iron (or a guy(gal) with one for that and you can modify the wrist straps themselves to your own satisfaction. You may want to cut away part of the circular strap. Make sure the part you cut away doesn't have the wire going to it. Make it so that one modified strap will fit on the skin over the clitoris. Moisten it with salt before you do this. You might have to hold it there somehow (fingers; rubber pants) while the stimulation is in process.
The other wrist strap can be turned inside out and soaked in salty water and held in place between the butt cheeks near or over the anus. Again rubber pants and a folded paper towel may help do the job.
A lady might instead want to use an anal probe (we all know men use them) instead of the second wrist strap (there is one in the Photos section in Electrosex) with the two probe elements either jumpered together or use one or the other for the conductor. You can order it over the internet, but have it delivered to you in a brown paper package in the dead of night by a guy (gal) in soft shoes, or your neighbours might titter at you (no, not with their tits!) when you least expect it.
Whatever you do with modified wrist straps, don't put one on each wrist and turn on the juice!, or the CS Investigation will spoil everything for the rest of us.
You will need to have an amplifier that will produce up to fifty volts (not watts) of alternating current, but make sure that it has a potentiometer that will vary that from zero volts up to the maximum.
Fifty volts may be right for some but not enough for others. I would encourage other members of this group if they know what voltage works for them to share it with the rest of us. It's not difficult; just measure the output of your amplifier when it is working for you, and when it is at the point where it brings on an orgasm. Instructions on how to do that are a bit personal, but if you're desperate, send me a reply and I'll try to help, not necessarily in person. Fifty volts may be a lot, and you may not like it, but make sure you have a way of turning it down to zero, (a volume control), and turn it up gradually each time until you know what works for you.
As for input, some like wav files from those who have sent them in, or you can choose music. One piece that excites me is the introduction to "Thus spake Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss.
You need to have a HiFi CD/DVD player to feed your amp or computer, and your amp that feeds the pads/straps must be also capable of Hi Fi low frequency tones too. Telarc has a CD called Time Warp with music from various movies. It is CD-80106(DG-80106). It has two tracks with this piece. The finale to the introduction with its loud 32 Hz pipe organ pedal notes should be enough for anyone.
Low frequency tones at high amplitude works for whales. It might do the same for you.
