I'm not that happy to hear this unlike Alfredo, but I really hope Ubuntu stops making Unity as a Compiz plugin, it was one of their worst decisions ever. Unity should be a WM itself. Right now, the whole Ubuntu desktop is a *dirty hack*, unlike on elementary OS, where our structure is clean and functional.
