OK. Sadly I cannot come up with something better either. So I am going with:
-U, --unresolved-address-offsets
Display just offsets instead of resolving values
to addresses in DWARF data
I tweaked the mjw/print_loc_range_base branch to use the above and will
merge it with master unless someone else thinks of something better.
