Resource Code, I presume. It's also .exrc or .bashrc. Before  
Emacs.app could be built from GNU Emacs CVS code kind of test  
versions existed. They were some patches, some Elisp file(s) plus  
some Objective C files.

Yes. Emacs.app does not "see" C-TAB. Could be it's swallowed by  
Cocoa, because in Terminal C-TAB also is not seen. By Emacs.app and  
by Carbon Emacs and by GNU Emacs and by ...
