Hi Org Maintainers,

In the Clock Table[1] documentation, I think that `org-extend-today-until` should be documented. For users that don't start their day at 00:00 midnight due to overnight shifts. People seem to be applying hacks around this [2] to get the desired effect.

In fact I patched `org-matcher-timer` to support custom <today HH:MM> syntax for myself, but then realized I could (setq org-extend-today-until 4)!

Should it be added to documentation? I would be happy to do so.

Apologies if this is posted on the wrong mailing list!

Best,
Flinner
