To add to my last message...

It was about polyglossia vs. babel configurations and their
differences... sorry if that wasn't clear...

What would be the normal use case:
1. User with no previous experience needs to add multi-lingual support
to LaTeX export:
  - User reads through the manual and additional sources to decide
between polyglossia and babel
  - User decides and configures org-latex-fontspec-config and either
org-latex-babel-font-config or org-latex-polyglossia-font-config
accordingly
2. User has a external considerations that "impose" babel or polyglossia
  - Same as above... ony that the first step is done 'externally'

Using both is less probable in general. And this is something decided
on a project by project basis.
There should be little coexistence (in general...)
