Hello Ihor,

I've solved my problem (see answer below):
"[email protected]" <[email protected]> writes:

Running 'emacs -Q' for my builtin org-mode leads so similar strange
behavior if I extend the entry's content to this:
...
Opening entry "B" with <Tab> leads to this result (screenshot):

Note that entry "C" has disappeared and "=Other text= appears
duplicated. Normal appearance comes back with "save file", "switch
buffer" operation or similar.

Still very strange... What else should I try?
I am also unable to reproduce.

Here is what I did:
1. Save the attached file to /tmp
2. emacs -Q /tmp/bug.org
3. Navigate to heading B
4. <tab>

Everything looks normal.
Can you repeat my steps?

Yes I can repeat. I also tried switching 'org-fold-core-style' between 'overlays and 'text-properties to no avail.

Then I found different (official) Emacs packages in my repo. I therefore removed my previous GNU Emacs installation and substituted it with Emacs, nickname emacs-wayland, enabling PGTK.

Seems like this fits better to my desktop. My problem is gone now!

- emacs 32.2
This looks not right. There is no Emacs 32 yet. The latest master is
still Emacs 31. Or... are you writing from future?

No, I am luckily not from the future... and you are correct: It should be Emacs v30.2. Sorry!

I consider the problem solved.

Thanks a lot for the support!

Daniel
