All the instructions are in https://orgmode.org/worg/org-maintenance.html#liaison If you can figure our how to reply to old emails from the list [1], you can help closing some old reports in https://tracker.orgmode.org/?page=20. Many of them are really closed, but we need to mark them as such for our bug tracker (BARK). There is no shortage of work in this area - we have 1563 open reports. Most of them should probably be closed, or bumped, so that I can review them.
