Hi Pedro and Arne,
this is basically this. Pdflatex does not output fully compliant PDFs
with the UA2 standard, which soon will be required. I am in process of
writing a *long* E-mail to yall about what I'd need from Orgmode to
support fully accessible PDF creation.
