I’m strongly bound to pdflatex, because I have a large number of org-documents, some pretty complex org-documents, for which I don’t have the time to fix compatibility issues (complete books using lots of packages for small details -- all of them written as hobby, so I don’t have the option “just invest X% of the money to convert”), so I can’t just switch to LuaLaTeX as long as there are any compatibility issues. (and the demise of XeLaTeX strengthens my worries: had I switched to XeLaTeX for unicode in later books, I’d be hung out to dry now) That’s why it would be important for me to be able to report remaining UA2 issues to the pdflatex maintainers and get them fixed. And build a way to produce tagged PDFs from org-mode via pdflatex. Best wishes, Arne -- Unpolitisch sein heißt politisch sein, ohne es zu merken. https://www.draketo.de
