details provided off-list, it does not look like I can accept this patch
for the time being.
The level of LLM involvement is too high considering what the *temporary*
GNU policy allows.
I will thus put this patch on hold, until GNU releases its final policy
regarding LLMs. After the policy gets updated, I will revisit this
thread.

explicitly warn the potential contributors about the LLM policy and
avoid further confusion.
