With my suggestion you could simply do:
#+AFTER_CLOSING: \ps{PS:
#+AFTER_CLOSING: line 1
#+AFTER_CLOSING:
#+AFTER_CLOSING: line 2}
e.g. write what you want and use C-x r t.
