Hm. Using the _out of band_ transfer methods is not possible if you
have to enter a password. But using inline transfer methods is
possible. Have a look at the variable rcp-methods; the out of band
methods are those where the rcp-rcp-program parameter is non-nil.
There should be an explanation somewhere which explains about this
inline transfer stuff -- is it understandable?
