Argh! I wrote it but didn't save it and forgot to attach it. And now
it's gone :-(
But the idea was as follows: you copy the code from
rcp-open-connection-rsh, then you insert stuff right before the
message "Initializing remote shell". The stuff you insert sends the
string "su - <user>" followed by rcp-rsh-end-of-line, then waits for a
passwd prompt, then queries the user for the passwd, then sends the
passwd, then waits for a shell prompt.
The code that waits for a passwd prompt, queries the user, sends the
passwd, can be snarfed from rcp-open-connection-rsh.
