Honestly, I think this is not a very good idea.  What if the message
is sent to numerous people? You want Letters to show you the email
address of everyone in that message as a possible account to reply
from?  If not, how does Letters know which email address you do want
to use?  If it's a message you were BCC'd on, then this feature might
not work anyway.

In Mail.app, there's a nice feature that allows you to quickly add
email addresses to send from (additional personalities).  In the
Accounts preferences, you can add multiple email addresses separated
by a comma in the "Email Address" field. (eg: [email protected],
[email protected]).  Now you can send email from either address
with *minimal* additional configuration.  Something like this in
Letters would be great.  My only beef with it in Mail.app is that it's
not very obvious you can do this.
