Yeah, there's an example of a bad new paradigm. Doesn't mean there
aren't good ones.

If we can't find anything notably better than the status quo (in terms
of method of interaction, etc) then yes, go with the status quo. But
don't stop trying to think of better ways. It's by doing that that
occasionally someone comes up with something revolutionary.
