How is ensuring that if there's a problem, (since Letters is not providing
that kind of support), that people can at least verify basic settings and
operations "setting the bar low". It's acknowledging that this is an
imperfect world, and people sometimes need help, and so this application
should not go out of it's way to make that harder.
