Michelle -

A Windows user with your email address in his/her address book has a
Windows virus. This particular virus fakes the return address, making it
appear the message has come from you when in fact it is coming from the
infected Windows machine. You ISP is looking at the faked return address
instead of the email path (Mail -> Show Long Headers) and giving you the
false report of an infection.

If your ISP is as mindless as mine, at some point you may get a message
telling you that if you don't "clean up your computer" the ISP will
terminate service. I suggest you contact your ISP, explain the facts to
them, ans ask them to configure their virus alert software to examine the
internet header and not the (easily faked) return address.
