Michelle, I have an earthlink eddress too, and get the type of message you describe from time to time. I have spend so much time/hassle trying to get earthlink to pay some attention to this, but haven't gotten a real human to discuss it intelligently with me. But they haven't cut me off either. . . . I would suggest you let them know what is going on, keep copies of the mail you send them (so they can't ever get away w/ claiming you didn't tell them), and don't worry about them kicking you off.
