I'll take a shot at it. If I understand you, you simply make a mail action that checks the from line for each of the participants. So that would be four filter actions. The result of all those actions is to go to the folder you designate. In the Mail Actions list, you can make a couple of choices after the "If it contains... (Test) ". I mean the "If True" and the "If False" columns, after the "Test". You should have all the "IF True" columns set to "Apply Actions". You should have all your "If False" Columns set to, "Go To Next Line", except for the last one. The last entry should have "Don't Apply Actions". I goofed for a while because I didn't notice that the last action on my spam filter was set to "Apply Actions". So whatever happened, all my mail after the spam filter, went to spam. One other point. The position of your filter makes a difference. If the people in your group have any other information that might make them fall into another category, say for example one was from the Emailer list and you already have a filter that routes any message with Emailer in it's subject to the Emailer folder, then you need to move your group folder closer to the top of the filter list. As far as filtering the outboxes. I am afraid that is not something that Emailer can do. PowerMail does though, should you get ready to ever move on. It seems to be what Emailer would have become if it were still being developed. The best advice I have heard in Emailer, to track outgoing messages, is to move them, by hand, into the Groups folder (Your groups target folder) before you send them. If a message is set to go out, it won't need to be in the "Out" folder before it goes. That way it also wont be moved to your sent folder automatically (assuming you have that preference set up). After it is sent, it will remain in the same group folder. I hope that helps.
