this is the problem -
some (many?) web pages use versions of java (I think) that cause this
because the java engine in 8.6 does not support some of the things they
are trying to do.
upgrade to 9.2.2 this will most likely solve the problem.
I have run across this too. the final solution was an upgrade to 9.2.2
