Emailers/Broadbanders: Folks, here is an example of the incompetence and ignorance that abounds in tech support.
I have told them at LEAST 15 times I am NOT using EUDORA...but yet, here is my latest missive from ATT -- what makes them think their CHAT people can fix this?
