I understand by reading the Opera webpage that characters encoding is not supposed to be called either UTF-8 or UTF-16 (also called Unicode). Opera also calls ISO-8859-1 or Windows-1251 "legacy encodings". All these things are suppose to premit reading accented characters (English speakers, this post is not for you).
