I'll answer my own question.
Surfbest Tech called to see how I was doing. Together we figured
out that Emailer works well with Surfbest.
(1) In Emailer Setup>Accounts>Surfbest
(2) In the Surfbest Account in "Email Account" enter your surfbest
email address, ie [EMAIL PROTECTED]
(3) Insert into that address "mail", ie, [EMAIL PROTECTED]

>>information in the "Internet Account Entry" window under "Accounts".
