If you want to retain the bootablity of the CD, then you can't simply 
copy the contents. What I would recommend (and I recommend this any time 
you are making a duplicate of a CD, regardless of if it is bootable or 
not). Use Toast's CD Copy feature. There is an option in Toast that lets 
you simply select the source drive, and duplicate sector for sector what 
ever is inserted.

That will copy not only bootable CDs (and make the copy bootable), but 
also hybrid CDs. It will get about as close as you are going to find to 
an exact duplicate.
