I think you presume correct. I just checked with the swedish v9.0 (2509), and it's just as you say: no option. I did the following experiment: I went through the likely (or at least suspected) Office files for the respective language (eng/swe), and found that the code library (?) "Microsoft Framework 2001" was the single one file to switch this option on/off. Thus, when I did nothing but to replace this file in the swedish Office folder with the english equivalent, the option was activated. It seems this file contains all the language code for menus as well, and the swedish Entourage looked up the english "Microsoft User Data" folder (in the Documents folder, where all the mail goes) instead of the swedish one, plus possible (unknown to me) etc's... There may be other factors involved, but if you want to try this one out you (may!) only need the "Microsoft Framework 2001" from a US version. It's about 3.8 mb...
