Be cautious about relying on (any M$ product but specially) M$ mailers now that IE is EOL'ed, considering that: - M$ force-fed the world with HTML/JS mail, actively supporting the US direct marketing association by consistently refusing to switch those options off by default (and stating they wouldn't no matter what, which is a funny given their new security-centric advertising) - this has led to the most painful security holes and virus attacks to date (despite being mistakenly reported as "computer virus", ALL major virii you heard of in the past few years were M$-mailer specific, apart from recent server-side worms that are M$-server specific) - if they were to maintain support for spam-level HTML and JavaScript in Entourage, then why dump the web browser? (I mean, when did ever M$ acknowledge inferiority of one of its products or avoid abstructing competition? Who could believe them doing so? Well, maybe someone who can listen to US diplomats without laughing, which seems restricted to US boundaries; but even so, corporate talk should be more familiar to them) >Anyone is interested in assisting in tweaking Eudora Exort script? I promised myself I'd do that long ago to correct bugs with non-US dates, hi-ascii and such. But I'm afraid I won't any time soon, sorry. BTW, Chris : I am also in the process of renting a truck to move from my house this summer. This is getting odd. Let's promise never to tell our favorite cereals and such, I used to feel comfortable believing I was special. ---- VRic ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
