It may ring a bell >with you as to who it came from (regardless of what the From address >says), and maybe you can be nice enough to let them know they may have an >email virus on their computer.
But you might want to consider doing so by telpehone or snail mail, as friends who have done just that by email were shortly after showered with further viral messages, presumably because this particular virus treated the senders of incoming mail as hot prospects! Bit like replying to spammers.
