While Alladin makes (I believe they still do anyway) a version of Stuffit 
Expander for Windows users, it is probably more trouble than it is worth 
to try to get a Windows user to download and install the program just so 
they can get files from you.

Better to use a utility like "ZipIt" <www.maczipit.com> and give them the 
.zip files they are used to getting.
