Is anybody using Emailer 2.0v3 with comcast.net cable connection? Emailer will apparently connect to the mail server and even begin downloading the first message, but then Emailer hangs up with a "network stream error" reported in the error log. I have tried this two ways, and the same result occurs. The first was Emailer on a white iBook OS 9.2 with Airport and a router to the cable connection. The second was Emailer on a PM9600 OS 8.6 on a 56K dialup connection . The same thing happened each way: the first email started downloading and hung up with a "network stream error."
On the PM9600, I also tested the dialup connection using POPmonitor, which would download each beginning message waiting without problem, so it is definitely something between Emailer and the Comcast mail service.
