I haven't checked that link but yesterday, when Chris sent me to Fog City for the patch, I found and downloaded a file that had nothing but the Custom Settings patch- I didn't get a new application. After unstuffing the downloaded file, it was a simple matter of dragging it into my Claris Emailer Files folder, and voila, my problem was fixed.
