Are you sure you downloaded the right file? The one on fog city is just the patch. Should also be true for the one on my FTP site. There is ALSO on my ftp site a pre-patched version of Emailer for download. Maybe you downloaded that instead? That version has the patch done internally do Emailer because some people can't get the patch to work via its directions and don't want to do it manually in ResEdit.
