Someone asked this question not very long ago.

If you go to the URL the error gives you, it tells you what is wrong. 
However, that doesn't really help in telling you why Emailer is doing it.

The error is that there are line feed characters in your email. Those 
aren't supposed to be there. My guess would be you copy and pasted part 
of your email body text from a text file. That's the only thing I can 
think of that might put a line feed character into an email created on 
Emailer.
