Eskimo didn't incorrectly make that call. The black list service Eskimo was using made the call... and they weren't incorrect, your ISP (macdialup) WAS an open relay of sorts (I'm not a macdialup subscriber, and yet it was going to let me relay an email using their server to another non macdialup subscriber... that makes them an open relay).
