What I should have said is that evidently my ISP WAS an open relay
and they have now fixed it.  So you're right, the call was not
incorrect, but evidently my ISP's fix has now been recognized, and
MacDialup has been un-blacklisted.

Can't find better service anywhere for $8.95/month (I pay $10.95 for 
virtually unlimited time and numbers all over US and Canada).

Anyway, (hopefully) "all's well that ends well," and thanks for your 
advice on this!
