A friend reports that when she sends email to a client with a domain hosted by verizon.net, if the email is sent from Claris Emailer the client does not receive it. However, if the email is sent from the same Mac using either Outlook Express or Optimum Online webmail, the client receives the email. 100% reproducible over a number of weeks.
Every mail we send to the client from Claris Emailer does not show up at the client. Every mail we send from Outlook Express or Optimum Online Webmail is received at the client. Other clients and friends do receive mail sent from Claris Emailer. However, we have no other recipient with an @verizon.net address to test. The setup is: Sender: Mac Beige G3, OS 9.1, Claris Emailer 2.0v3, sending by Optimum Online cable modem. Sender is using a [EMAIL PROTECTED] address, not a hosted domain.
