Chris, I'm not sure that I understand the proposed fix, or perhaps I wasn't clear in my original email. My friend sends an email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] She is not using a hosted domain address as her "from" address. Then first thing I though of was what you suggested -- that Verizon is blocking email with a "from" address that is different from the actual smtp address. In my case, for example, my "from" is @rogercohen.com, but my smtp is optonline.net, and my pop is @earthlink.net. So then I could understand how some spamtrap might reject the mail. But my friend is using her settings straight out of the box. smtp: optonline from: @optonline POP: optonline How would the Emailer Custom Settings Patch help her?
