Greetings. My parents are using Claris Emailer 1.1v3 and use AOL as their internet service. Lately, they have not been able to connect to their email account with CE, but they aren't real clear as to when this started happening.
Before I go through the ordeal of calling AOL's outsourced support center, has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance, y'all.
