As long as I used OS9.2, I used iCab, which was by far the best and
fastest browser on the OS9 environement. As a matter of fact, the iCab
ß382 version I presently use under OSX does not control, yet, printing
the way iCab did under OS9. I know Alexander Claus wants to continue to
support OS9 but am not sure of his success. The Pre 2.98 version which I
used two years ago is fine but does not render CSS, which is by todays
standards a serious issue as you point out. I guess there is a ß version
available too for OS9. Try it

Don't laugh. After iCab, IE 5 is probably the second best choice under
OS9, well balanced, and it renders CSS quite adequately

>Netscape... EEEK, I think I'd rather use Internet Explorer!

Did you try 3.08 ? It fails severely on javascripts and does not do CSS,
but it worked fine. last time I checked, the installer was no longer
available on the Netscape site. I believe I saved the installer somewhere
at home

How about Opera ? (I am not personally an Opera fan, but it worked quite
right and still does)

last you may want to try Mosaic. I guess they still have the installer
back there. Last time I checked, it would crash with javascript and all
