Though nearly every site that featured pre-OSX software has disappeared, I found this one within my well-organized bookmarks: <http://www.macshare.com/> I believe it is exactly what you're looking for. The only down side is that some of the links to software are no longer working. Still, most of them are good, and it's a fairly well organized site.
