Same here, but most importantly it is so slow and as Chris says, things 
just did not work like I expected a well designed piece of software to 
function.  It is klutzy, but maybe you just don't notice it due, perhaps, 
to using other not-very-well-designed software. I like my software to be 
intuitive, logical and easy to use and easy to find the functions I know 
should be there, and sometimes these are just too well hidden.  That is 
unproductive, but then productivity to one person is different than to 
someone else.

It is all subjective but I wonder how long ago Chris tried PowerMail.  It 
has improved but maybe he will still not like it. Many keystrokes are the 
same as CE, i.e., Cmd + opt, + [ or ], to toggle between messages and 
delete or by omitting the opt, not deleting.  Mail is totally klutzy to 
move between message if you want to delete and go to the next one.
