I will have everything backed up and I have a 9.2.2 install CD, I just realized, so as well as just moving the system folder back in, I could do a clean install. ( I guess everthing just goes in the same place as on my iMac - for some reason I am fearful of OSX - the filing system is so much more convoluted - and I really can't get my head around how it thinks.) I have downloaded and am reading the Tiger Package from Tidbits - they look fantastic - but would still appreciate other opinions!
