I looked at this and see that, just like the other applications (RCDefaultApp) that claim to make it possible to set the mailto and default applications, any setting you make to CE does not stick. Actually it will not let me delete the mailto so I could recreate a new one. Basically, having selected CE, it reverted back to the default of 'Mail' even though I have PowerMail installed. As I have mentioned previously, certainly in Tiger, there is no "LSHandler" in CE that is needed to make this selection stick. Sorry, no joy on that one either.
