I think I recall seeing that problem a long time ago. I think I solved it by trashing the Claris Emailer Preferences file. In OS 9.1, the prefs file is usually located in: System Folder -> Claris -> Claris Emailer Preferences You would need to quit Claris Emailer first. You might remove the prefs file to the Desktop instead of trashing the prefs, and then restart Claris Emailer.
